Our family run business has been shining the light on the amazing diversity of tea since 1982 when we opened our iconic flagship store in Covent Garden. Started by Christina Smith, the business has been handed down to her niece and nephew and remains an independent family business to this day. The Tea House has been an iconic attraction in Covent Garden since it’s opening and has seen visitors come from around the world to experience the vast range of exciting and interesting blends that grace the shelves.
The Tea House has become synonymous with high quality loose leaf tea and that’s what keeps our customers coming back. We know many of our customers personally and take great care in choosing blends that we know both new and existing customers will enjoy. Since opening, we’ve helped thousands of customers find their favourite teas and due to popular demand we now ship tea to our customers all over the world via our website!
Although our shop in Covent Garden is closed at the moment, we are still working hard behind the scenes in North Dorset so you can still buy our delicious tea online here. There are many different blends, why not try out a new one (or two…)?
