David and Sally opened Manna Kitchen in 2004 after relocating their family from London to Dorset. The initial business focused on the production of their award winning frozen ready meals and desserts. The emphasis was on making great tasting dishes in small batches using quality local ingredients without the added sugar or excessive amounts of salt often found in the mass produced factory-made versions.
Manna kitchen today is still all about simple food, quality ingredients and fantastic flavours. This good food philosophy has taken the business into lots of different catering avenues from cafes, to event & corporate catering, to contract catering and festival catering alongside the original ready-meal production.
