On a mission to find the perfect pickle, Lucy came to realise that what she was looking for didn’t exist. So she set about making her own, and soon started experimenting with chutneys and jellies too. Putting a spin on some of her favourite family recipes and concocting her own.
Inspired by the food of her childhood, the bountiful orchard of her family home in North Wiltshire, and a serious love of artisan produce, The Pockeredge Pantry was born.
Harnessing the harvest of her garden and sourcing the finest seasonal British ingredients, all our products are handmade and suitable for vegans.
